India vs Australia: India rely on their seamers to make it 2-0.

India could play Bhuvi and Vihari; after injuries to Ashwin and Rohit leading into the Perth against Australia. Australia name unchanged 11, which means Mitchell Marsh misses out. As an Indian Fan, whenever Kohli celebrates its a joy to watch. Even if its 5.30 in the morning I'd always celebrate in front of the TV. No matter anyone's celebrating, or no the skipper is always there. He is someone who brings passion and that aggressive attitude on the field. Yes, India were the favorites leading into the series. What makes me so happy is that even after being three down in the first session we got back into the game nicely, and after that, we never looked in a backward position. Thanks to a brilliant partnership between Pujara and Rahane. Pujara was at his resilient best, and his hundred came at a quicker pace then it usually does. First innings lead meant Indian Fast Bowlers had to finish the job who all were excellent. What's done is done moving on to the Second Test a...

Chelsea vs. Fulham - The Forgotten Derby.

Claudio Ranieri return's to Stamford Bridge in what seems to be a big task in front of his team Fulham, who beat Southampton 3-2 in their previous fixture at home. Fulham returned to premier league this season after spending an awful lot of money on players, which hasn't worked well for them in their pursuit of surviving in the Premier League. Slavisa Jokanovic who is replaced by the much more experienced Ranieri; who is more tactical than the former. Fulham have conceded more goals than any other team in this season. The Blues had suffered an embarrassing defeat at the hands of their London rivals at Wembley last weekend, who would be looking to get back to winning ways. Sarri termed his side's loss to spurs as a 'Disaster.' After an impressive win against PAOK in The Europa League, Chelsea faces selection problems ahead of Sunday's match. Olivier Giroud scored two goals against PAOK; who now has three goals in 2 games in all competitions, but is secon...

Will Dale Steyn Feature in South Africa's World Cup squad?

-
Image
He might have equaled Shaun Pollock’s all-time leading wicket-takers record in Test Cricket for South Africa. However, there're a few questions unanswered about his place in the ODI Format. Will he be playing the World Cup next year? Will he play One-day Cricket after the World Cup? The Proteas would require Steyn in the squad, but the only concern for them is his fitness issues of late. Playing more games before the world cup would make the selector’s job easy. South Africa in recent times have lost players who have signed kolpak deals with county cricket clubs in England that has affected their squad. In 2011 world cup South Africa were the only team to beat India in the tournament, but it wasn’t a knockout match, showing how good they are away from home, in 2015 World Cup New Zealand beat them in the semi-finals which ended in a close finish, they have always struggled in knockout matches in marquee tournaments. But 2019 world cup would be Dale Steyn’s last world cup if he...

Brighton vs Leicester City: Match Preview. Match Info Kick-Off Sat, 24 Nov, 8.30 pm Stadium Amex Stadium. Can Leicester sneak a win? It has been emotional few weeks for Leicester City, after the sudden death of their owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha. The foxes were held for a draw against a resilient Burnley side, despite dominating most of the time throughout the game, a victory here would start a nice little unbeaten streak. The concern here for Claude Puel's side is that they haven't scored in their last two premier league games, key players injury does not help them either Jamie Vardy and Harry Maguire won't be available due to injuries, but that could be due to lack of training sessions, going through all the emotions they would want a win and concentrate on football that's what their former owner would have wanted. Coming to back to the game, Leicester City has the moss crosses this season. They're normally trying to do one thing: ...
